About the WIAA Group

Headquartered near Sacramento in Rancho Cordova, California, the WIAA Group has been helping independent insurance agents prosper since 1947. Formerly known as the PIA Group, WIAA Group provides support, services and products that add value to independent agencies. Whether you manage a small, medium or large operation the success of your business is as important to us as it is to you.

WIAA Group is comprised of four organizations. The Western Insurance Agents Association (WIAA) is a trade association that represents the interests of independent insurance agencies. Recently formed as a subsidiary of WIAA is another non-profit, WIAA Education & Research Foundation. WIAA Insurance Services is a general agency which provides insurance markets for qualified agencies. Management Resource Holding Company (MRHC) provides personnel and management services to all business units.  

Western Insurance Agents Association (WIAA)
WIAA is the premier agents association in the western United States. It has been helping member agencies prosper since 1947 by offering invaluable lobbying and advocacy, timely industry information, superior educational offerings and other resources to enhance an agency’s bottom line.

WIAA Education & Research Foundation 
This newly formed organization, an outgrowth of WIAA, is dedicated to the education and training of agency principals, agency personnel  as well as those wishing to enter the profession.  Scholarships will be made available to assist those individuals who are in need of extra support.  The research component will address issues and conduct proper studies to establish standards and guidelines.  
 
WIAA Insurance Services
WIAA Insurance Services is a successful aggregator/wholesale agency providing highly valued insurance markets in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico. Qualified agencies can access excellent preferred carriers for BOP, Commercial & Personal Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation, and more. The agency also provides agent’s Errors & Omissions. 
 
Management Resource Holding Company (MRHC)
MHRC is a privately held management company and serves all entities of WIAA Group.
